i've been having a bit of trouble trying to install the burning crusade expansion this week. as a result of a technical oversight and some really poorly written instructions on blizzard's website, after entering my duly purchased serial number i now can not play world of warcraft at all. their tech support team has taken over 14 hours to get back to me so i'm currently leeching a torrent of the full install discs for the expansion from a 3rd party site. someday, i may actually be able to play again.
this is a really frustrating experience for two reasons:
1) i hate not being able to get a computer to do what i want it to.
2) i hate that i'm getting so frustrated about a game.
this better get resolved quickly because the longer it takes the more i am obsessing over it. hopefully the torrent will be done downloading by tonight and the problem will be solved.
