plan is working

i've been trying to tire out the cats before bed and feed them a bit later in the evening so that they don't wake us up an hour before our alarm goes off. last night was the first test of this plan and it seemed to work a bit better, they only started making noise about 40 minutes to 7 as opposed to at quarter to six as usual...

we shall see how this plays out in the weeks to come.
