Dear Jackass,

Stop hanging out by the doors of the subway station handing out flyers for your political party. This does not add to your credibility in any way. First of all, you look pretty desperate if you are hanging around outside a subway station trying to ambush people on the way to work. This goes doubly if you are the actual political candidate and not a reprasentative. I like to think that politicians are BUSY RUNNING THE COUNTRY and would have better things to do than stand outside a transit stop in rush hour harassing people. ESPECIALLY because my taxes pay your salary, so I'd like to see them put to better use to be honest.

Consider this: if this wasn't election time the only people you would see loitering around the entrance to subway stations are homeless people and shifty looking kids. Neither of these groups are the type of people you want to associate your image with, especially when looking to convince people of your credibility.

Another thing, if you are a politician these days you are going to want to at least pay lip service to environmental issues. People care about the environment and so it's in your best interests to at least pretend to care too. This being the case, handing out paper flyers is probably the last thing you want to be doing. What are we still in the 80's or something? Have you not heard of the internets? Websites? Emailing lists? What is ridiculous is that my tax dollars go towards supporting your campaign so that you can litter the streets with your stupid literature that nobody fucking reads. Get a sheet and ask people to put their email on it. If they don't want to do that, then it stands to reason they probably won't read your flyer either.

In conclusion, if you are a political candidate standing on the street smiling like a tard and handing out garbage to people you look like an idiot. Please stop trying to shake my hand. I don't care about your stupid propaganda. If I decide to vote for your party it will be because I researched your platform and agree with it, not because you look good in a suit standing outside of a random subway stop.
