niagra falls

well, we had a great weekend at niagra falls. we did pretty much every tourist thing worth doing. the helicopter ride over the falls was particularly cool. i had never been in a helicopter before and i was amazed at how different it feels than any other vehicle i've been in. you don't notice it as much when you're higher up but when you land it really shows off how maneuverable they are.

anyways, back to the grind. this week is going to be super busy at work although i only have a 3 day week. thursday and friday i've taken off for my wedding, so we can have a nice long weekend to relax after a rather hectic two weeks. i anticipate quite a lot of excitement over the next couple of days with preparations for the wedding. carole, david and carole's mum are getting preparations done as well as doing tourist stuff. i'm a bit gutted i won't be making it to the zoo on tuesday, but that's life.

now all i need to do is find time to squeeze in a haircut...
