ok, so by a freak of coincidence my phone suffered a massive software error and needed to be totally reset at precisely the same time as my desktop (which was holding the phone's backup directory) was being wiped and transferred to carole's desk. the practical upshot of this is i have nobody's phone number at all.
so send me an email or something with your contact details. i promise i won't lose them again!
